Gazebo Closed

All,

A rope and signage were placed across the gazebo stairs last week as a safety precaution following the recent storm. At this time, the gazebo has not yet been assessed for structural safety after the storm. It has come to our attention that the rope was intentionally cut.

Please consider this notice that the gazebo is closed until an official assessment has been completed and it is reopened by the Association.

We are not sure if the rope was cut by someone in the community, but as a reminder tampering with HOA safety measures or Association property is a serious matter and may result in significant fines—particularly when such actions create safety risks for others. 

Thank you for your cooperation as we prioritize safety for the entire neighborhood.
